Musculoskeletal therapy for horse and rider
More than just backs, Activate & Align Integrated Therapies offers a range of treatments for the whole body.
I provide hands-on assessment and treatment across Norfolk and have more than 20 years’ experience working with horses and people. I also offer online CPD courses for animal musculoskeletal practitioners.
Whether I’m treating you or your horse, I take an individual approach and use the therapies most appropriate to your needs.
I am AMCST and RAMP registered, and qualified in McTimoney-Corley Skeletal Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stecco Fascial Manipulation, Equine Bodywork, Be Activated, and Holistic and Clinical Massage, among other modalities.
About your therapist
I have taken an interest in complementary therapies since my 20's in an attempt to find pain relief for my own health issues. I have ridden since I was 11 years old and I have more than twenty years experience as a human and equine musculoskeletal therapist.
I am based in Norfolk and enjoy empowering people to relieve pain, tension and restore range of movement in themselves and their horses.
After 8 years as a therapist I also started to teach equine Myofascial Release courses, Fascial Edge courses and Sub Clinical Evaluation courses for Jo Rose Therapies and Training in Oxfordshire and Norfolk. These are now run in Norfolk by myself and they will also be online shortly as CPD.
