Charges:

Equine: £65 per horse (approx 1hr session).  At my discretion I may reduce the fee slightly if there are more than 5 horses on the same yard.  There may be a £5 or £10 fuel charge depending on where you are or if I come out especially for you, you will be made aware of this at the time of booking.

Human: £55 (approx. 45mins session).  I only see people at my therapy studios; one in Pockthorpe and one in Costessey.  Appointments are limited and at restricted times due to the fact I am out and about seeing horses too.  They tend to be Wednesday or Friday afternoons.  Please contact me for further information.

Terms & Conditions

Equine:

Please ensure your horse is under cover, clean and dry before I arrive. A flat, and safe surface is required for my stool. If possible please supply a flat webbing or leather headcollar for the session rather than the rope type halters.

To mitigate covid risk, if you or anyone in your family have a positive covid test or feel unwell at all please let me know in advance as I may need to reschedule. If in doubt at the very least please wear a mask and sanitise. I will bring my own soap, sanitiser and towel. I would be grateful if a bucket of water could be provided for me to wash my hands before and after the session.

Should you wish to change or cancel your appointment please text or call 0778 6546 523. Please note if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the full fee is payable. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. With covid and certain emergencies, this may be waived at my discretion. I am not a replacement for a vet. If you feel your horse is lame or unwell please call them out before booking me. If I arrive, the horse is assessed and requires a vet or I can't continue for whatever reason, then an assessment fee of £45 will apply. This is because it still takes my time, fuel and knowledge to come out and make that decision.
